Hashem Alsibai

Hashem Alsibai is an urban planner specializing in post-carbon urbanism, connecting governance and regulatory frameworks to the technical potential and performance of urban systems. Trained as an architect at Sapienza University of Rome, his interests range across regenerative urbanism and the role of artificial intelligence in cities.
He has lectured at the Department of Architecture and Design of the Politecnico di Torino and at the University of Turin. His work has been supported by Italy's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and the 2050Today association in Geneva.
